As a leader in the field, Cornerstone recognizes the need for well-trained staff and provides extensive, ongoing training for all its programs. It is our staff’s responsibility to teach, coach, mentor, model and set limits for all our youth.

Cornerstone expects greatness from it’s youth because we believe their potential is great. It is our job to show them that greatness exists within each of them. Cornerstone Programs help youth learn to cope rather than striking out under stress – a challenging assignment for young people who often learned survival skills in life’s most challenging situations.
