Cornerstone’s nationwide programs teach youth accountability and responsibility in highly structured, education-oriented environments while ensuring community safety. Cornerstone’s success results in large part from its approach to treatment, and we call it “The Cornerstone Way”. It is multifaceted and based on empirical research of “what works” with our populations.

As a leader in the field, Cornerstone recognizes the need for well-trained staff and provides extensive, on-going training for all its programs. It is our staff’s responsibility to teach, coach, mentor, model and set limits for all our youth.
